Happiness comes in many ways and colors means exactly that! For some people, life is a burden while others can hardly wait to get up in the morning and get on with their lives.
One of the main reasons is that happy people find ways to stay happy, while unhappy people find ways to stay miserable. People who find no joy in life enjoy the world that they live in. That's not the world you want to live in. Not now,and not ever.
Happiness brings health to mind and body. I can find true happiness in mountain biking to my heart delight. It is outdoors, very challenging, and technical. Other people find joy in sitting at a bar smoking and drinking beer or hard liquour.
Give you another thought on the subject. People who like to wear stylish clothing are normally searching for happiness in their choice of clothing. I see all good in that because they take pride in what they wear. I see my daughter leave for work every morning dressed beautifully and moderate at the same time. She is also a fanatic at working out at LA Fitness.
Let me point out the ingredients to her happy life: exercise, eats nutritious foods only, and loves her job in her field of study, marketing.
How do I stay happy with my life which is already reaching 66 comes this November?
I am an exercise fanatic, and I eat anything good (not junk food). I don't drink hard liquour except a glass of wine or a beer once in a while. Neither do I smoke nor do I sit for long with anyone having a cigarette near me.
Some people find happiness in living a sedentary life. That's okay, but when the years come rushing by (like they have with me) you will want a healthy body. I have no limitations to what I can do physically, and that's true happiness.
Make your life a world of happiness by building your health every day. Exercise regularly, eat properly, and keep your thoughts on gratitude for your life. What you appreciate having today will only get better if you look forward to more of the same goodness.
Feel free to contact me on your thoughts about happiness, and I will be happy to add them to my blog and give you credit for your contribution by posting your name.
